About this position

As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for helping clients throughout their lifecycle with our products and services. Your daily tasks will include meeting with clients, answering their tickets, reviewing their marketing campaign and lead engagement results, and recommending how they can better utilize our offerings. In this role, you will notify the correct departments when clients want to adjust their current services or add new ones.

Requirements

  • Coordinate 1v1 meetings with clients to review product and service results
  • Evaluate and interpret Google, Facebook, and Instagram advertising performance with the client
  • Answering client support questions
  • Review client’s utilization of our products/services and provide recommendations on improving their results.
  • Notify the correct advertising team when clients request adjustments to their targeting, budget, or marketing campaigns on Google, Facebook, and Instagram.
  • Educate clients about training resources and live sessions to grow product awareness and adoption.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with assigned clients.
  • Update internal software, HubSpot and Slack, with information about technical issues and valuable discussions with customers for the support team.
  • Inform clients about new features, functionalities, and updates
  • Gather customer feedback and share it with our product, sales, and marketing teams.
  • Assist in training junior-level account managers
  • Meet and maintain department/individual KPIs, metrics, and goals
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
